Mr. Sutton
Teacher. Taught and tutored many of Dayton’s best musicians in the art of musicianship. He was the instrumental and band teacher at Roosevelt High School, as well as a working trumpet player, himself. As a union musician, he often appeared in concert with the traveling superstars of the time, like former Impression’s lead singer, Jerry Butler.
