BIO: Born in Lebanon, Ohio, Emmett started his creative direction, writing poems in the 5th grade. A member of an extended musical family, he was introduced to the guitar at the age of 9. By the age of 10 he had seriously decided that the guitar was what he wanted to do. A year later he was working in clubs behind the noted Dayton area blues artist, Piney Brown.
